Lean Foundations
When: Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 8:00am to 4:00pm
Format: Live In-Person
What is it? Lean Foundations is a fast paced, team simulation where students learn the foundational principles of Lean Six Sigma while running a simulated factory. This is the first in our series of Lean Six Sigma courses where students learn to improve throughput, quality, and most importantly how to solve problems as a team. Lean Foundations covers:
- The 8 Wastes
- 5S – Workplace Organization
- Kaizen – Continuous Improvement
- Structured Problem Solving
Who should attend? Lean Foundations is designed as an introductory course suitable for all team members and leaders. This is a great team building exercise with a wealth of useful information. Students receive a Lean Foundations certificate upon completion. This 7 hour class starts at 8:00am.
What does it cost? $199 per student
