Cedro Toro founded Lean Six Sigma Toolbox in 2005 and has been helping healthcare, manufacturing and service organizations eliminate waste from their businesses ever since. Cedro developed the G.E.A.R. approach to creating a sustained culture of continuous improvement throughout an organization. As a Lean coach Cedro has enabled corporate leadership teams to transform their organizations and lead continuous improvement programs with confidence. Cedro enjoys training individuals and speaking on Lean Leadership, Standardized Work, and how to create a learning organization.

Cedro Toro a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Project Management Professional. He received his MBA from Idaho State University and holds a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. Cedro has over 15 years of international experience helping companies solve problems, optimize processes and get results.

David Callen has over 10 years of experience analyzing and improving work processes. His expertise includes a blend of Lean Six Sigma, team facilitation, change and project management and organizational development. David uses his relational skills to enhance process Improvement and performance management in Financial Services, Health Care, Government, and Various kinds of manufacturing. David's experience and enducation enable him to tackle difficult problems and with your team successfully find a solution.

David has spent much of his career helping non-profit organizations leverage Lean Six Sigma and other problem solving methodologies. He has over 10 years' experience improving business performance and as a change agent as well as serving as a trainer and coach. Most recently, David led an Effective Government Now team of Six Sigma Black Belts in writing a white paper addressing the Federal Government's Visa Immigration Application Processes. David has led cross department projects for medical centers focusing on revenue, implementing software systems, eliminating informational defects, and improving patient care.

As a change agent, David effectively uses individual employee knowledge, skills and abilities to improve work processes and achieve sustainable results. He is a trained and experienced SIMAŽ Analyst / Consultant (System to Identify Motivated Abilities). Analyzed work processes in virtually every industry. He uses SIMA technology to increase the effectiveness of performance improvement, change management, and organizational development. David Callen holds two Masters degrees from Trinity International University including an MA in Intellectual History (historical /scientific method) and a Masters of Divinity, which focuses on leadership, Team facilitation, and public speaking.

Don has 35 years of hands-on leadership and executive management experience in Business, Engineering and Manufacturing. His extensive background includes diverse manufacturing environments (food processing, chemical propellant mfg., investment sand casting, machining, assembly), which have given him the strong skills and efficient principles necessary to help businesses and clients strengthen their profitability and develop sustainable, cost effective solutions. His expertise in plant layout/design, setup reduction, TPM, productivity improvement, budgeting, quality, and methods improvements has helped many companies find opportunities to improve work methods reduce costs/waste, increase efficiency, and improve safety. Don is a successful team builder who provides client companies with the training and keen focus needed to survive in a tough economy. Don has a Master of Science in Mathematical Methods in Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York, and received a BA in Mathematics from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. He is a senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), a NIST/MEP Manufacturing Specialist-of-the-Year finalist in 2006 and 2007, and has several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black belt.
